We bake game-changing gluten-free foods in a 100% gluten-free environment in Northwest Washington, D.C.
Our bakery opened in November, 2014. We received rave reviews from the Washington Post (three times), the Washington City Paper and numerous influential food blogs and magazines in the DC area. We offer a huge variety of baked goods and aim to offer products that aren't widely available to those suffering from gluten-intolerance or Celiac Disease.
We bake fresh bread and bagels every day. We have tons of sweets to choose from -- cupcakes, brownies, eclairs, muffins, pies, etc. We also make cakes for special occasions!
We have a small seating section in the bakery where you can enjoy locally roasted coffee and espresso with made-to-order sandwiches for breakfast and lunch.
Our staff is used to answering questions about food allergies, so we are always welcoming and accomodating with questions on our products and offer multiple products every single day that are dairy-free and/or vegan.
